How do we use the collected information? Any information we collect may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To personalize the user experience (user information helps us better respond to individual needs).

When does Venri use end-user information from third parties? Venri collects end-user data necessary to provide Venri services to our clients. End users may voluntarily provide us with information they have shared on social media platforms. If you provide us with such information, we may collect publicly available information from the social media sites you specify. Users can control the extent to which their information is made public by social media sites by visiting those sites and changing their privacy settings.

When does Venri use customer information from third parties? We receive certain information from third parties when the user contacts us. For example, when you send us your email address to express interest in becoming a Venri customer, we receive information from a third party that provides automated fraud detection services for Venri. From time to time, we also collect information that is publicly available on social media sites. The user can control the extent to which their information is made public by social media platforms by visiting those sites and changing privacy settings.

Do we share collected information with third parties? We may share information we collect, both personal and non-personal, with third parties such as advertisers, contest sponsors, promotional and marketing partners, and others who provide our content or whose products or services we believe may interest the user. We may also share it with our current and future affiliates and business partners, and if we are involved in a merger, asset sale, or other business reorganization, we may also share or transfer personal and non-personal data to our successors.

We may engage trusted external service providers to perform functions and provide services on our behalf, such as hosting and maintaining our servers and website, storing and managing databases, managing email, storage marketing, processing credit cards, customer service, and fulfilling orders for products and services that can be purchased through the website. We will likely share the user's personal data and possibly some non-personal data with these third parties to enable them to provide these services for us and the user.

We may share parts of our log file data, including IP addresses, for analytical purposes with third parties such as web analytics partners, app developers, and advertising networks. If a user's IP address is shared, it may be used to estimate general location and other technical data, such as connection speed, whether the user visited the site from a shared location, and the type of device used to visit the site. They may collect information about our ads and what the user sees on the site, then provide audits, research, and reports for us and our advertisers.

We may also disclose personal and non-personal user data to government officials or law enforcement or private parties if, in our sole discretion, we believe it is necessary or appropriate to respond to claims, legal processes (including subpoenas), to protect our rights and interests or those of a third party, public safety or any person, to prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally justified activities, or to otherwise comply with applicable court orders, laws, rules, and regulations.

Where and when are information collected from customers and end users? Venri will collect personal data that you provide to us. We may also receive personal data about the user from third parties as described above.

How do we use your email address? By providing your email address on this site, you consent to receiving emails from us. Users can unsubscribe from any of these email lists at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or other opt-out option included in the relevant email. We send emails only to people who have authorized us to contact them, either directly or through a third-party site. We do not send unsolicited commercial emails because we hate spam as much as you do. By submitting your email address, you also consent to using your email to target ads on platforms like Google or Facebook, where we show personalized ads to specific people who have agreed to receive messages from us. Email addresses submitted solely through the order processing page will be used only to send order information and updates. However, if the user has provided us with the same email address through another method, we may use it for any purpose outlined in this policy.

Note: If at any time you wish to stop receiving future emails, detailed unsubscribe instructions are included at the bottom of every email.

How long do we keep user data? We keep your information only as long as necessary to provide Venri services and fulfill the purposes described in this policy. This also applies to anyone we share your data with who provides services on our behalf. How do we protect user data? We implement various security measures to keep users' personal data safe when placing orders or entering, transmitting, or accessing personal data. We offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information provided is transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted in the databases of our payment gateway providers, so it is accessible only to authorized personnel with special access rights to such systems and who are obligated to keep the information confidential. After the transaction is completed, private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financial data, etc.) is never stored in records. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security of information transmitted to Venri nor guarantee that information on the Service will not be shared, disclosed, altered, or destroyed as a result of a breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

Can my data be transferred to other countries? Venri is registered in Poland. Information collected through our website, via direct interactions with the user, or through the use of our support services may from time to time be transferred to our offices or staff, or to third parties, located worldwide, and may be reviewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including countries that may not have generally applicable regulations governing the use and transfer of such data. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by using any of the above, the user voluntarily consents to the cross-border transfer and hosting of such information.

Are the information collected through the Venri Service secure? We take precautions to protect the security of your information. We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures in place to help safeguard, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and properly use information. However, neither people nor security systems, including encryption systems, are infallible. Additionally, people may commit intentional crimes, make mistakes, or fail to follow rules. Therefore, while we make every effort to protect users' personal data, we cannot guarantee its complete security. If applicable law imposes any non-disqualifiable obligation to protect the user's personal data, the user agrees that intentional misconduct will be the standard used to measure compliance with this obligation.

Can I update or correct my information? Users' rights to request updates or corrections to information collected by Venri depend on their relationship with Venri. Employees may update or correct their information according to our internal employment policies. Customers have the right to request restrictions on certain uses and disclosures of personal data as follows. Users may contact us to (1) update or correct their personal data, (2) change their communication preferences and other information received from us, or (3) delete personal data stored in our systems (subject to the paragraph below) by deleting their account. Such updates, corrections, changes, and deletions will not affect other information we store or information we have provided to third parties under this Privacy Policy before such update, correction, change, or deletion. To protect the user's privacy and security, we may take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify the user's identity before granting access to the profile or making corrections. Users are responsible for keeping their unique password and account information confidential at all times.

Users should be aware that it is not technologically possible to remove every record of information provided to us by the user from our system. The need to create backups of our systems to protect information from accidental loss means that a copy of the user's information may exist in an undeletable form, which will be difficult or impossible for us to locate. Immediately upon receiving a user's request, all personal data stored in actively used databases and on other easily searchable media will be appropriately updated, corrected, changed, or deleted as quickly and to the extent that is justified and technically feasible.

If you are an end user and wish to update, delete, or receive any information we hold about you, you can do so by contacting the organization of which you are a client.

Personnel: If you are an employee or candidate of Venri, we collect information you voluntarily provide to us. We use the collected information for human resources purposes, to manage employee benefits, and to screen candidates.

The user may contact us to (1) update or correct their information, (2) change their communication preferences and other information received from us, or (3) receive a record of the information we hold about them. Such updates, corrections, changes, and deletions will not affect other information we store or information provided to third parties under this Privacy Policy prior to such update, correction, change, or deletion.

We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, or other transfer of all or substantially all of Venri’s assets or any of its Affiliate Entities (as defined herein) or that part of Venri.pl or any of its corporate affiliates to which the Service relates, or in the event we cease operations or file or have filed against us a petition for bankruptcy, reorganization, or similar proceeding, provided that the third party agrees to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Related Entities: We may disclose information (including personal data) about the user to our Related Entities. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, "Related Entity" means any person or entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Venri, whether by ownership or otherwise. Any user information we share with our Related Entities will be handled by those Related Entities in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Governing law: This Privacy Policy is governed by Polish law regardless of conflict of law provisions. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts regarding any actions or disputes arising between the parties based on or related to this Privacy Policy, except for individuals who may have the right to bring claims under the GDPR or other applicable data protection laws.

The governing law for this Agreement and your use of the website is Polish law, excluding conflict of law rules. Use of the website may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

By using Venri or contacting us directly, you accept this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you should not use our website or our services. Continued use of the website, direct contact with us, or after changes to this Privacy Policy are published that do not significantly affect the use or disclosure of your personal data, will mean that you accept those changes.

Links to other websites: This Privacy Policy applies solely to the Services. The Services may contain links to other websites that are not operated or controlled by Venri. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed on such websites, and these sites are not reviewed, monitored, or checked by us for accuracy or completeness. Please note that when you use a link to leave the Services and go to another website, our Privacy Policy no longer applies. Your browsing and interaction on any other website, including those linked on our platform, are subject to the terms and policies of that site. Such third-party sites may use their own cookies or other methods to collect information about you.

Third-party ads and links to other websites advertising goods or services do not constitute endorsement or recommendation by Venri of third-party sites, goods, or services. Venri is not responsible for the content of ads, promises made, or the quality/reliability of products or services offered in any ads.

Advertising cookies: These cookies collect information over time about your activity on the website and other online services to make online ads more relevant and effective for you. This is known as interest-based advertising. They also serve functions such as preventing the same ad from being shown repeatedly and ensuring ads display correctly for advertisers. Without cookies, advertisers find it very difficult to reach audiences or know how many ads were shown and how many clicks they received.

Cookies: Venri uses cookies to identify areas of our website that you have visited. A cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. We use cookies to enhance the performance and functionality of our website, but they are not essential for its use. However, without these cookies, some features, such as videos, may become unavailable or you may need to enter your login details every time you visit the site because we won’t be able to remember that you previously logged in. Most web browsers allow you to disable cookies. However, if you disable cookies, you may not be able to access some features on our website properly or at all. We never store personal data in cookies.

Blocking and Disabling Cookies and Similar Technologies: Regardless of location, the user can also set their browser to block cookies and similar technologies, but doing so may block our essential cookies and prevent our website from functioning properly, and the user may not be able to fully use all features and services of the site. It should also be noted that blocking cookies in the browser may result in the loss of some saved information (e.g., saved login data, site preferences). Different browsers provide different control mechanisms. Disabling a cookie or category of cookies does not remove the cookie from the browser unless done manually using the browser's functions.

Children's Privacy: We collect information from children under 13 years old only to improve our services. Persons under 13 years of age may use our website only under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Changes to our Privacy Policy: We may change our Service and policies, and it may be necessary to update this Privacy Policy to accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify the user (for example, through our Service) before making changes to this Privacy Policy and allow them to review the changes before they take effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree to this or the updated Privacy Policy, they may delete their account.

The user acknowledges and agrees that Venri is not responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, timeliness, validity, copyright compliance, legality, decency, quality, or any other aspect. Venri does not accept and is not liable to the user or any other person or entity for any Third-Party Services.
