Return and Refund Policy

Return Period

Customers have the right to return a product within 30 days from the delivery date without giving a reason.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.


If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not have to bear the shipping cost for this reason.

Return Instructions:

- Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, products must be in near-new condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

- Return Notification: To initiate a return, contact us via info@venri.shop, providing your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

- Return Authorization: After reviewing the return request, we will provide detailed instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Packing and Shipping

- Securely pack the item in the original packaging with all attached labels and tags.

- Download and print the return label from the link provided in our email.

Return Costs

- For defective products: The customer bears no costs. This applies when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or defective in any other way. Please take photos of the issue and contact us at info@venri.shop, and we will inform you about the next steps.

- Customer’s change of mind: The actual cost of return shipping will be charged to the customer. This applies when the customer buys the wrong product, the product does not fit, or the customer no longer wants the product.

- Receiving the wrong product: If you receive the wrong product, contact us, and we will arrange the return costs and ensure you receive the correct product.

- Product never arrived: If the product never arrived, contact us so we can start an investigation with the courier. If the product is not found, we will offer a full refund or a replacement product.

- Order cancellation: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has already been shipped, contact us at info@venri.shop, and we will inform you about the next steps.

Deadlines

- Refund conditions: A refund will be approved if the product is undamaged, unused, and in the original packaging. Returns for defective or incorrectly delivered products are approved after inspection.

- Return processing: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email.

- Refund methods: Refunds are made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exceptions to the return policy

The following products are non-returnable:

- Custom or personalized products

- Hygiene products (e.g., socks, underwear), unless unopened and unused.
